As reported by Indian Express PM Narendra MOdi, while replying to Motion of thanks In Rajya Sabha, claimed that India's First Prime Minister Jawarlal Nehru Was against the reservation policy. PM Modi Read out letter sent by Nehru To a state Chief minister. NDTV : BJP Vs Congress In Delhi, Karnataka As Centre-States Fund Row Heats Up

As per the report by NDTV, The BJP and the Congress went head-to-head in Delhi and Karnataka's Bengaluru Wednesday morning over allegations the centre is withholding funds. The Karnataka Congress is protesting a reduction in the state's share - from 13 per cent to 12 percent - of tax revenue. Report also suggests that protesters are demanding  the centre correct the ₹ 1.87 lakh crore loss incurred by the Karnataka government. BBC report : Hamas responds to proposed Gaza ceasefire plan

As reported by BBC Hamas has given its response to a framework proposal for a new ceasefire in Gaza. The details of the deal have not been released yet. But as per the report the details were set out by Israel, The USA, Qatar and Egypt. Report suggests the proposal includes a six-week truce, when more Israeli hostages would be exchanged for Palestinian prisoners. The USA and Israel have said they are reviewing Hamas's responnse. Pakistan election 2024 live: Blasts target candidates’ offices, 22 killed : Aljazeera

At least 22 people were killed in two attacks on candidates’ political offices in Balochistan province, reports Aljazeera. Pakistan is going to hold its general elections tomorrow and tensions are all time high because a major crackdown on the biggest opposition party and its leader, former PM Imran Khan, has fuelled concerns that the polls will not be free and fair. TeleSur : South Sudan: Renewed Communal Clashes, at Least 23 Killed

As reported by teleSur UN officials on Monday confirmed that at least 23 people have been killed, and 17 others injured in renewed communal clashes in South Sudan. The clashes occurred between armed youth from Twic community of Warrap state and Ngok Dinka in the disputed Abyei Special Administrative Area, as per the report. The two communities first clashed on Jan. 27 to 28 in the Abyei Administrative Area, leaving 54 people killed, including two UN peacekeepers, says the Report. Read the full report here.
